Food Research for Safe and Cost-Effective Living

The following list was compiled from several comprehensive US and international food research studies over the last few years. The numbers represent the least to the most pesticides, with the bottom 23 foods consistently accounting for more than an average of 90% of our pesticide intake, regardless of the variability in farming practices between non-organic farmers. Though eating a constant variety of raw organic foods from different sources, especially SUPERFOODS, is ideal, as is staying away from INFLAMMATORY FOODS, eating raw organic from different sources can be more expensive and difficult to implement, and so this list helps weigh benefits, risks, and costs, and makes for a smart grocery list. Apologies in advance for the blogger software alignment issues.
